The attached reports were completed in compliance with state and federal guidelines and includes such health effects language as is required by the US EPA and the State Water Resources Control Board. Additional information about the health effects of present contaminants my be obtained by calling the Safe Drinking Water Hotline (1-800-426-4791) or online (www.epa.gov/safewater).
Clear Creek Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
